This policy describes refund eligibility for subscription services and premium features offered by CRYPTO.

Premium subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no premium features have been used.

Trading fees and blockchain network fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been executed on the network.
